Meet The Mechanics
Frank N. Madden Owner/Mechanic

Frank Madden, owner of Quality Aero Maintenance has been an aviation enthusiast for over 30 years earning a private pilots certificate in 1978. He started working on general aviation aircraft in 1983 and earned his A&P in 1987. Frank began maintaining CDF firefighting aircraft in 1985 working for Hemet Valley Flying Service until 1990. He flew all over the state of California Inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide variety of Air Tankers, Spotter Aircraft and company support aircraft, working much of the time with his now, maintenance supervisor Bob Kempf.


Bob Kempf/Maintenance Supervisor
Bob Kempf, (Maintenance Supervisor) of Quality Aero Maintenance joined Quality Aero Maintenance after earning his Inspectors Authorization in 1990. He also operated a general aviation maintenance shop at Lodi/Kingdon Airport for San Joaquin Air and Navair until 1994. Bob started at Quality Aero Maintenance along with his long time late friend Larry Vanvekoven (12/15/42 - 5/28/07) at Kingdon Airport in 1994.  Bob continues to be at Quality Aero Maintenance, which is now located at the Lodi Airport in their new facility. Bob has been with Quality Aero Maintenance since 1996 and is an outstanding, experienced and dependable A&P Technician.

 


Will Buirch/Mechanic

Will Buirch joined Quality Aero Maintenance in September 2007 and has proved to be an excellent mechanic. He is thorough and motivated to do the best job possible and takes much pride in his work. Will is has A&P certificate. Bob and Frank both will be the first to comment "he is a natural at what he does" and proves to be an asset to the company.
